| 26 March 2009 - New CEO for Zenith Insurance plc
Mr. Jeff Mack, Group CEO for Guardian Holdings Limited, parent company of Zenith Insurance PLC, has announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Austin as Zenith’s new CEO, effective April 2009. Peter Austin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, having held a number of Directorships and senior executive management positions within the insurance and reinsurance industries. He has demonstrated his credentials for this position in his roles within the GHL family in the United Kingdom and, previously, in Trinidad & Tobago. The GHL Board has every confidence that Peter will meet the challenges brought on by the current global financial crisis and will ensure that the European operations move forward effectively. |
